Welcome to a healthy 2015!
As the holiday celebrations pass, and we prepare for a new year, let’s focus on positive change and be grateful for all our blessings of the past year.
It’s time for a new start, and with that usually comes a lot of excitement and energy. We find that making a concise list of goals and focusing on what you’d like to add to your life, rather than give up, is usually a more reliable approach to achieving success.
So, make a list of up to 5 things you’d like to create in your new year and don’t forget to include at least 3 things you achieved in the past to inspire you forward to the best year ever!
Review, revise and create a system to check your movement toward what you’d like to create in 2015. Set aside a time, either weekly or twice a month, where you can review your progress and plans for action. Work toward consistent action steps, even if small in nature, which propel you in a positive direction. Acknowledge your achievements and move quickly forward from minor setbacks. Small celebrations of your progress add momentum. Don’t give up, even if plans change along the way. Focus on enjoying the journey of working toward your higher goals and purpose.
We wish all of you success in your journey toward your New Year’s goals.
Have a happy and healthy 2015!
